RAQS MALIKHA consists of male belly dancer MALIK who is of Belgian/Egyptian background, and KHALISHA, a tall and elegent dancer with a predominantly Egyptian style.
Malik has performed in hotel shows in the Middle East and has a fitness background working in venues in Saudi Arabia and Egypt. He has also danced in pop videos and fashion shows etc and for Coca Cola.
Also trained in fitness, Khalisha has a cabaret background working across Europe in casino shows, corporate events, weddings, themed parties and has performed several times on Sky TV (as Mata Hari for a documentary) and National TV (Egyptian Diet Week on Richard & Judy Show, The Mint) and in a dvd for Coca Cola Morocco, and now performs as a solo artiste and with Malik as RAQS MALIKHA. |

RAQS MALIKHA are perfect entertainment for themed events, corporate events, product launches, videos etc. and can tailor performances to the client's requirement, either dancing separately or together. They can adapt performances to suit small or larger scale events. A typical show would last for between 20-30 minutes incorporating various props, veils, Egyptian stick, finger cymbals etc.
RAQS MALIKHA can also provide walkabout/meet and greet entertainment for corporate events etc. and can give belly dance instruction for team building events, videos etc. |
